Electricity outages on the rise in Kabul, citizens complain of high costs and poor quality

A number of residents of the capital are complaining about the increase in long electricity outages. They say that despite the irregular electricity supply, its costs are still high. According to them, they only have electricity for six to eight hours a day, and that too irregularly, and even during this time, the voltage is so low that it has made it difficult to use electrical appliances.
