The 40 MW solar power generation project in Mohammad Agha district of Logar province was officially launched in the presence of Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs. This project is being implemented with an investment of $35.6 million from the private sector and is considered an important step towards energy self-sufficiency and economic development of the country.
