The spokesman of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum told AFP that $770 million has been invested in five major cement production projects in the country and that after the completion of the exploration phase of these projects, large factories will start production and with the activation of these five factories, Afghanistan will be completely self-sufficient in terms of cement and will have export capacity.
